High-quality double-layer chemical hose. The inner layer is made of PTFE film, while the outer layer is made of fiberglass fabric coated with silicone. The extraction hose is designed for the safe transport of chemically aggressive media in the chemical industry. It is reinforced with a metal spiral, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and flexibility.
The extraction hose is manufactured using CLIP technology. Additionally, it is axially compressible, ozone- and UV-resistant, and chemically resistant according to the Mastervent® chemical resistance chart, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments. The operating temperature range is from -70°C to +250°C, with short-term resistance up to +270°C. The product complies with the RoHS directive, ensuring user safety and environmental standards compliance. Electrostatic discharge is achieved through double-sided grounding of the spiral.
