Product Description

High-quality flexible, double-layer exhaust hose. The inner layer is made of heat-resistant, impregnated fiberglass fabric, while the outer layer is made of heat-resistant fabric reinforced with stainless steel fibers. The extraction hose is designed for vehicle exhaust gas removal. It is reinforced with a metal spiral, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and flexibility. The extraction hose must be supplied with fresh air (minimum 50%).

The exhaust hose is manufactured using CLIP technology. Additionally, it is axially compressible and mechanically resistant, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. The operating temperature range is from -20°C to +450°C, with short-term resistance up to +500°C. The product complies with the RoHS directive, ensuring user safety and environmental standards compliance. Electrostatic discharge is achieved through double-sided grounding of the spiral.
