Product Description

High-quality double-layer ATEX hose for chemical substances. The inner layer is made of electrically conductive PTFE foil, while the outer layer is made of fiberglass fabric coated with silicone. The extraction hose is designed for the safe transport of chemically aggressive media in the chemical industry. Reinforced with a metal spiral, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and flexibility.

Flexible ATEX hose with surface resistance Ro ≤ 10⁶Ω, manufactured using CLIP technology. Additionally, it is axially compressible, resistant to ozone and UV radiation, and chemically resistant according to the Mastervent® chemical resistance table, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. The operating temperature range is from -70°C to +250°C, with short-term resistance up to +270°C. The product complies with the RoHS directive, ensuring user safety and environmental standards compliance. Electrostatic discharge is achieved through double-sided grounding of the spiral.
