Vent Clip HT 1100

Vent Clip HT 1100 is a hose designed to work at very high temperatures, from -20°C up to +1100°C (temporarily even up to +1300°C) – the hose must be sufficiently supplied with fresh air (min. 50%). The inner layer of the hose is covered with a millimeter mesh made of high-quality steel. The middle layer uses a heat-resistant textile fabric. The outer layer is made of high-temperature fabric, which is coated with temperature stabilizers and reinforced with stainless steel fibers. Additionally, the hose is reinforced from the outside with a spiral made of heat-resistant and acid-resistant steel. Vent Clip HT 1100 is used to extract fumes, waste gases from large engines, as well as to extract air with high spark intensity. Most commonly used in the automotive, aviation, shipbuilding and steel industries.
