VENT CLIP PTFE H – Chemical Hose

Product Description

High-quality double-layer hose for suction and delivery of aggressive chemicals. The inner layer is made of PTFE film, while the outer layer is made of polyester fabric coated with Hypalon. Flexible chemical hose is designed for the safe transport of chemically aggressive media in the chemical industry. Reinforced with a metal spiral, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and flexibility.

The industrial hose is manufactured using CLIP technology. Additionally, it is axially compressible, ozone- and UV-resistant, and chemically resistant according to the Mastervent® chemical resistance chart, making it suitable for demanding industrial conditions. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +175°C, with short-term resistance up to +190°C. The product complies with the RoHS directive, ensuring user safety and environmental standards compliance. Electrostatic discharge is achieved through grounding of the spiral on both ends.
