Product Description

High-quality abrasion resistant hose for transporting sand, grain, granules, grit, aggregate, gravel, abrasive materials and glass cullet. Made of transparent polyurethane with a wall thickness of 2.5 mm. Reinforced with a copper-plated cast spring steel spiral, providing excellent mechanical strength. The hose features high flexibility and a smooth inner wall, which facilitates medium flow and minimizes resistance. It is gas-tight, antistatic, flameretardant, and extruded, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.

The hose is resistant to oil and fuel vapors. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +90°C, with short-term resistance up to +125°C. The product complies with the RoHS directive, ensuring safe use and environmental standards compliance. Electrostatic discharge is achieved through dual grounding of the spiral.
